- Electronic Enrollment System - Online, centralized enrollment system to support open enrollment, new hire enrollment, life event changes, and employee status changes and benefit communications for employees.
- Open Enrollment Services - Development and administration of schedules, benefit summaries, communications to employees, data tracking and statistics of employee enrollment, and payroll files to Administration.
- Maintenance and Servicing - Maintenance of the electronic enrollment system and servicing client employees and Administration.
- Benefit Education Materials/Communications - Insurance summaries and rates. Customized communications to employees regarding open enrollment and insurance related needs/changes.
- Carrier Feeds - Automatic transfer of data from the electronic enrollment system to the insurance carriers.
- Call Center Capabilities - Provide a call center to assist employees with open enrollment, new hire, qualifying event changes, and more with the hours the client is requesting (i.e., 7am to 7pm CST Monday - Friday).
- Dependent Verification Services - Request documentation from employees to support the dependent is eligible for benefits (i.e., marriage certificate, birth certificate, social security card, etc.).
- EOI Administration - Collect Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms from employees when applying for an insurance product that has this requirement.
- ACA Administration - Tracking information for generating 1095C Forms, mailing, and filing the 1094C. Support responses to IRS inquiries.
- 5500 filings - Assist in the preparations of the IRS 5500 filing.
- COBRA/HIPAA Compliance - Ensure businesses are providing the required notices to its employees.
- Human Resources Consulting - Include a range of services within the Human Resources field that can be provided to the client.
